I should have asked you for an example of your code. The best way to learn ASP is like so many things in life - just do it. It is nice when we are allowed to do this and not damage ourselves or others. What I have determined is that skills in VFP are of great assistance in learning a new programming language when it comes to handling data. You know what you can do with VFP - now the task is to emulate VFP functionality using ASP.

I still argue that ASP is not to be compared with VFP or VB. There are several things that are not as stable as I would like. An example is data driven combo boxes just to name one. I could go on but would just waste time.
