Hi,

I designed a simple intranet chat/messenger/ftp client for the company and there's one thing I can't seem to accomplish: I want my little tray icon to start blinking when a message has been received. There must be a simple way to do this using an existing function in a WIN dll, but I couldn't find any. Is there a function that does this?

I guess my second question would be "where can I find some simple documentation on what functions do what and where they are located in the Windows NT API?"
