I am attempting to use the RichText Control Selprint method to print text files created by an older VFP5a application. The first print to the printer goes out correctly. A subsequent print, prints garbage. The application is running on a WinNT4x workstation and printing to an HP printer in a Novell network.
I use the Common Dialog ShowPrinter method to set the commondialog hDC to the selected printer the first time. I then use the hDC with the RichText.SelPrint method. On the second print I don't use the CommonDialog as I have preserved the Handle to the Device Context. I just call the RichText.SelPrint method with the preserved handle. There is no user interaction with the Common Dialog after the first print.
Any sugggestions as to why I get garbage the 2nd time around.
