I can't looked for the IF USED()command because I don't know what the alias name is that it's blowing on, that's part of the problem, the MM error trapping isn't catching the name in the .exe version and the error never occurs when running the .app or the project .prg.

Open up the debuger application and set a break point where you are running the report. When the exe hits that location, you will be able to see what's going on.
