If you use a class such as WWipStuff from West-wind you can make http calls to each of the websites in your table. Check the data coming back. If no data comes back, you will know the site doesn't exist, if you get a 404 error you know that page doesn't exist.

You can even test from the command line.

Email addresses are a little different because the only way you'll know is if the receiving server bounces them back to you (you would have to send a test message) but that could take days as sometimes your own mail server will keep trying.
