The setup disks where made using in a PC having Win98 2nd edition and VFP 6.0, included the necessary VFP runtime and activex libraries, selected an over the network (not compressed) setup.

I think you are right when you say that maybe installing VFP in the Win2k system and redoing the setup disk might cure the problem.

I'll try it and let you know what happened.
