I use EditPad by Jan Goyvaerts (for viewing text files) you can get it directly from the web site:
http://www.jgsoft.com With EditPad one can turn word wrap on and off simply from a button in the toolbar. (it's an axe button) And generally the interface of EditPad is interesting and shows that the programmer has a good sense of humor.
