>I appreciate the help. In following your instructions, the only thing that I'm having a problem with so far is identifying which control to use in the Properties sheet of the Column. Where do you identify which control to use in the Properties sheet of the Column? I have looked at the properties of the Column, and I see ControlCount, ControlSource, Controls, and CurrentControl. I want to make sure I edit the right one(s). Would appreciate your further advice. TIA, Chuck

CurrentControl property identifies which control to use in the column.
