I tried to reply to you yesterday, but the UT was really messed up.

This goes back to sounding like the correct alias isn't selected, especially since this is the first object that uses a field from that alias. I'd try to track this down by putting a WAIT WINDOW ALIAS() right before the REPORT FORM command, and possibly putting a textbox with ALIAS() right above the line that's failing on the report.
