Actually, there already is, sort of. If you open a classlib in the classbrowser, and _right_ click on the view class code button, the code comes up in the right pane in an instance of the WebBrowser control, syntax coloring and all. You can right click on the window, and select "View Source" to get the HTML for it.
I like your syntax coloring better though- I think it's a better emulation.
