Thanks for the help. I got it working now.

It's just that those people in my dept aren't liking it, specially when I "test" it on their PC, but hey, I gotta do it. What's big deal about it?

Question... is this the only way to do it (must have the user manually click the buttons)? Is there's no other way, like program it so that it can check if the RunTime files exists, then if not, install it in the background without letting the user poke around (just a "wait window" message)?

Also, is this only for VFP 6.0 and can not run VFP 3.0/5.0/7.0? I have a 'search.exe' from the Download section and it won't run because it was developed with a VFP 5.0.
