Using SQL Server 7.0/2K

Create an Job that calls your stored procedure and schedule it to run every hour.
From MMC ( Microsoft Management Console ) drill down this tree structure:
SERVER_NAME>Manaagment>SQL Server Agent>Jobs

Create a new job. The interface is fairly straight forward from there.
