I've downloaded the latest HP LJ 4000 drivers (PCL5e and PCL6). So far, I've installed them on my development workstation - no print crashes yet - by the evening is young. I think I'll update a couple of unsuspecting users tommorrow - and see what happens. I'll keep you posted.
