Reading your reply here, I wonder if you misinterpreted what I said and just wanted to make sure you didn't somehow read my comment as dismissing your reply. I'm agreeing with you completely. If the utility fixes the problem, I'm done, without caring (too much) what the real problem and solution are (although I also can certainly see Tom's point about why our network tech would rather not use a "band-aid" solution). I just have to convince my Network admin that it's worth giving it a try. Thanks for your posting your positive experience with MemTurbo. I hope to get approval to install it on a machine and see what happens.
