I have a question for experienced NT user's out there!

In my network, I have made it so that every 30 day's the password need's to be changed. That works fine but what annoy's me is that 15 day's before the password need's to be changed I get a countdown message from NT telling me how many day's I have left. Is there anyway that i can shorten that period to about 3 day before password expiration.
