What I do is have a print manager form which takes a few parameters -
tcReportName, tcReportFilter, tcReportDestination, oCallingform
From this form, user can choose print or preview
and once the user has previewed the form stays up so he(or she) can then print as well.
You can also add print range controls, option to output to pdf/Excel into this form & printer selection etc.
This gets round the problem of having a grid on a form which calls a report.
