I have encoutered this, too. That is, when recompiling an EXE for which I've modified a PRG file, sometimes the PM will not recompile the PRG file (even though it will recompile others). The problem might be linked to moving the project between desktop and notebook PC's... some way maybe screwing up the timestamps maintained by PM. I've found that manually compiling the renegade file and then rebuilding the EXE solves the problem (as would recompiling everything).
