Hello, everyone.
I'm back from a long vacation and a long period of hard work.
I've fall in trouble in a customer that we are moving to W2K Terminal Services. They are deploying out applications with DBFs, and given a sudden lot of network problems, they had a few corruption problems.
To minimize the impact of all this, we moved them to Terminal Services in the most critical workstations, and things went better. Problem is that on one PC, there are two Epson LX-310 printers that they use for printing invoices on a special sized paper. The paper size was set as custom on that machine with no problems under Win98, but when we tried to do the same thing under the W2K session, the driver doesn't have this option. We found a newer driver at Epson's site that has some more paper sizes, but none of that what we need, and still no custom size option.
Anyone has any idea how to overcome this?
The invoice report has the size set and we didn't touched it, but the paper still do the wrong jump.
Thanks in advance,
