I have a report that prints fine with a variable number of records.

The problem is that the footer (1.5") prints all the way at the bottom of the page no matter how many records are printed. Is there any way to have the footer "float" to print right under my data? I cannot use a group footer as I am printing in 2 columns and a group footer follows the column structure.
