I would very much like to talk to you. The biggest problem for me, right now, is defining a system that easily allows for BUILDING the questionnaire, the questionnaire administration is more straightforward. If you could call me I would appreciate it - 908-526-6665 x201, or write back here.

>I wrote a program that generates questionnaire data entry systems about 4 years ago for a survey research organization. It is still in use. It had tables for questions, variables, values, skips. It was written in Fox 2.6 for windows. It presented the user with a screen to enter the parameters which then would drive the entry screens. It writes set up files for SPSS and does summary frequencies. I may revisit this because there was some interest in upgrading the program to Visual.
