On your recent general advice I opted to use your mapimail class. You may recall that I advised that the application would be running in an Exchange Server/Outlook situation. I developed the code on a Win2000 development box. I then installed it on an NT Server SP6 box in situ. To my surpise, the e-mail software (SendMail method) kept returning -1. Everything seemed OK and MAPI is used extensively on the NT box by NAV, Backup Exec etc for e-mail communication.

After trying many things, I decided to swap the mapimail class for the outlookmail class and hey presto, it worked like a charm on the NT server.

Any idea why this might be? Have you had any problem with mapimail on NT?

In any case, the libraries are great and I thank you for putting them within my reach.
