or is it something different since the UT underwent chages earlier?

I find that I am getting intermittent waits on clicking messages. Getting antsy when this happens, I have found that if I click again it pops up right away. I some instances it takes two (extra) clicks to get the same effect.

I have not noticed this prior to yesterday.
