Rahul,
You can change the report to 2 columns using the Page Setup. You can also arrange it so that data is printed left to right, like labels. You'd have to be very careful how the data was arranged in your table, but you should be able to do it, although I haven't tried it.

Since you want different fields to print in the left and right columns you will have to overlap the fields and use the "Print When" property of each field to print the correct fields in each column
