Yes, it was the thermometer that prompted me to click again in the first place. Spoiled with DSL, I was fast to lose patience.

Fortunately I have not had the echo problem. That may be because my volume is low. I'll set it up for a while and see what I get.

If you're using IE, check the 'thermometer' at the bottom of the screen. You'll see the form is loading but slowly.
