My
Windows Time programming can set any one of the three data/time stamps. Just click the link to download. Further, the Foxtouch() function in Foxtools can do this. It does, however, have a bug in that you must supply it with UTC time. Note that in some network environments, the OS may not let you modify the some of the time stamps.
