I switched out machines with my customer so I have been trying to get the program to do the same think it did twice to him yesterday. After printing about 100 forms I got a GPF which fried the machine including removing the printer drivers. When I attempted to install a new printer driver I got the message about no ports being available. All was fixed by a machine reboot. I was then unable to duplicate the behavior even though I printed the same sequence of forms. The user has the 1.18.01 version of Norton Antivirus and there are apparently no viruses on his machine. Unfortunately, I did not note the details of the GPF.
