So do I, I didn't say it wasn't neat. There is however this attitude that C++ developers can move into C# and be instantly productive, this is not exactly true as C# (or more to the point the CLR) doesn't behave as a C++ developer would expect (ie: non-determenistic destructors).

All I'm saying is that people moan about change, be it VB, VC or indeed VFP and some of the people doing the moaning have valid points of view based on real world experience with a language.
