We have an application that talks to a weighing scale through the com-port.
The process to read the weight runs continious until the user presses a key. So the process is aborted. The pressing of 'a key' has me a little bit puzzled.
When pressing the (for instance) page down key the reaction of FPW is almost direct. However, when pressing the enter key there is always a delay. This delay can run up to a second.
The readout of the scale itself takes around 3/100 seconds.

Is there a difference in FPW behaviour when pressing 'a key' and the enter key?
What can be done to speed up de reactiontime when pressing the enter key? We tried to use on key to re-route the enter key to any other key but to no avail.

Any insight is appreciated.
