And then there are those who know about online ressources such as the UT, but don't bother coming here anymore. I know 3 of those people in my immediate surrounding; they all have UT accounts, but they just aren't using it.

And of course those who do have online access, could be interested, but just don't feel comfortable enough to read/write in English.
