My guess is you do not have foxhhelp.exe and/or foxhhelpps.dll in the WinSys folder. You also have to register foxhelpps.dll -- run /n foxhhelp /regserver
You can include these files in the setup and have your installer register the dll. The VFP setup wizard will do this if you check the HTML Help box.
