Firs put the modem in the computer . If Windows do not recocnize it .
Try this :
In Windows Start>Settings>Control Panel>Modems.
There is two page frame general and diagnostics , in diagnostics have a list of com port of your computer , on one of them is the modem instaled , with the more info button , must have more information about modem , inclusiv the manufacture .
When the manufacture is known , go to http://www.drivershq.com/ , to look for driver for your modem .
Hoope this work , with this steps I found out a modem and installed and work
