>But how do we present this to the rest of the VFP community? Shall we construct a second list of those who said "When there's a real letter, I'll read it and consider whether I'm willing to put my name to it." on UT?

Mike,
You have been echoing my own, if not many others sentiments very well. I appreciate when I see those well know in the community participate in this discussion regardless if they sign or don't sign anything. Here is where you may be straying from my thoughts at least. The list of names in my view is nothing more then a poll of sorts. We do not need a list of MVPs at this point, it doesn't do anything for us. And I fully respect their decisions which ever way it may be. What we do need is their constructive opinions on what we, the "frustrated community", can do to improve our lot. They more then anyone can help us in understanding MS, and actions we might take to benefit both ourselves and MS.

I'm very grateful for some of the insightful opinions that have already been expressed on the wiki, and I would wish for even more.

The list will never be big enough to twist MS arm, and that's not our point I believe anyway. The list is big enough in my opinion, to validate our concern. Now let us devote energy to finding the best ways to work with MS in promoting VFP, and work as a group against others who put out inaccurate press on VFP.
This is our "WillMicrosoftMarketVFP" goal I think, not worrying whose name does or does not appear.
