You must be joking. Putting Access as a front end to VFP is one of the craziest things I have ever heard! I would hate to lose the OOP and screen designer of VFP as a front end. If you want to a "REAL" three tier application then have VB as the front end, VFP COM objects in the middle to hand the business rules and controlling the data, and the data stored in SQL Server. MSFT would love you for it. 8-)
