That'w what some call the 3rd Law, because it is impossible to reach absolute zero, Kelvin. Your refridgerator would have to dump 2nd Law waste heat, dS, to a low temperature resevior which is below zero, which is non-existant. That is why we will get closer and closer to 0 but never reach it. Reaching it would require converting all input energy,Q, to output work, W
