thanx for u r ans to my question
but unfortunatly u didn't get my question

my question was we use the < !-- and -- > signs in HTML for comment purposes
and same signs we use for including any file in our page

if we write any code in between < !-- and -- > browser will ignore that code
then how come our file get inculded in our project
