I think the solution you gave is not what I want . In the first column My normal name But in the second column first alfabhet of the name plus the letter should be in a diifrent position for eg A will be I inche from top but B will be 1.5 C willbe 2 etc. Plus one more point aswe have to print only on letter so rest of the column width should be used for column one in other words how can be make 2 columns of diffrent size.

I hope you have got the idea what I need Just pick up a telephone diairy and Think you have to print out exactly in the same format.
