In Clipper? He might mean "Set Confirm". It's just like the VFP command, and allows you to force users to press Tab/Enter/UP or Down Arrows to exit a field. Otherwise the user exits the field when he enters information in the last character of the field. This can be useful for fast data entry, but many users prefer to always exit the field with TAB or Enter.
