Craig, I come from a Unix background. Most of the web is made up of Unix/Linux OSes running Apache Server. If you look at the hacks, crashes etc. you will find that a very disproportionate is MS with IIS. I have confidential files in terms of patient appointments etc. Do you really think I could rely on an MS OS with IIS to say put a program on the web where patients could add, change or cancel an appointment. I think I would lose my licenses very shorthly for violation of confidentiality.
