I do not have success, and also if I rightclick on the file in the windows explorer and select Properties, the Version tab does not appear, so I concluded that this file doesn't have any version information.

I will not need to make the class OLE public at this moment, so i do not have a practical problem with this.

The file Windword.EXE has a version information, and it is also an Automation server. So Windows does not cause this problem.
AGetFileVersion(laArray,"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Winword.exe") = 15

Maybe someone can clear this up one day.
