There is some new early-binding support in VFP7, but I've not had time to investigate it yet, so I can't say how it works or how extensive and useful it is. Kevin McNeish mentioned it in his Automation Server session at DEVCON Miami and indicated there were some performance benefits in speed of instantiation. I kinda got the impression that the early-binding was related to a new command GETINTERFACE(), but what do I know?
