One of my applications runs in various sites and one of them has a performance issue with just 1 of the tables.

This table is identitical to all the others, but for some reason when I run a query on it, it takes around 4 times as long, this is the same case for the users on the LAN.

Can anyone give me some guidance on where to start looking for problems - I was thinking of a re-index!
