Well, I find one reason for it. When I checked my log for errors, I saw that at one occasion, it never got into the SCAN at all. So, as for that one, it is still unknown as to what caused it. However, for other occasions, it was getting into the SCAN but a condition was bringing it out and in regards to that was causing an error after.
