Thanks Tamar. I can see how that would be an issue/complicator.
On the other hand, I wonder how I tell if a font is scalable or not?
I just went into the Control Panel-->Fonts and I see nothing that tells me that bit of information. I admit, though, that me and MS do not share intuition styles, so I may well be missing it.
I have also got to think that the overall issue is solveable (soluble?) without regard to specific font selection. After all, I hear (haven't found how to set it yet) that MS has come up with some real nice font display manipulations for TFT/DSTN displays that makes them really much better. If they can do things down to that level I've gotta believe that something can be done for a whole screen.
