Detail and Footer Fields not line up

>I have a detail amount field, and then a footer amount field that sums the detail amount field. when the report prints the two amounts are not exactly lined up. the footer field is shifted just ever so slightly to the left. It is driving me crazy. I have cut and then pasted the detail to create the summary, I have formatted aligned to the right edges, i have formatted sized to widest and everything else to try and make them identical so that they would line up exactly.

Try checking the Text Alignment. In VFP, select the object, select Format from the menu, then select Text Alignment. If you're using FoxPro 2.x, select the object, select Object from the menu, then select Text Alignment. Maybe these aren't set the same. The only other thing I can suggest is to verify that the font is the exact same size.

If neither of those help, try hacking the .FRX file to see if the HPOS and WIDTH fields are exactly the same for both fields.
