I have a web based system that builds data entry forms based on metadata stored in SQL Server. I have a VB Ole Automation server that builds the form. The server calls another automation server written in Visual FoxPro to get access to data and some business rules prior to returning the HTML to the ASP page.

When the VB project is running in the IDE, everything works fine. When the project is NOT running, I get an error message returned "Automation error Library not registered."

A few more peices of information for you.

This is running under Win 2K professional. The code runs fine under WinNT 4.0 and personal web server (even when the VB IDE is not running the project). It's just in Win2k PRO (which has IIS) that I am having the problems.

I have done everything I can think of with the permissions. Every User ID has full rights and IIS is set to give full rights to the virtual directory.

The error *seems* to be occuring in the Visual FoxPro Ole server but again, the VB Ole Server is not returning any error messages when it is running in the IDE.

I am in head scratching mode. Any ideas, anyone?
