Your rolback segment can not handle the deletion of that many records. Yes, it is possible to delete any number of records as long as there is sufficient space allocated for you RBS.

For now, you have to delete fewer records, then issue a COMMIT to clear the rollback. Then you can delete more records, issue COMMIT until you have deleted the 10k records.
