I just switched from WinNT to Win2K so I could use my USB ports. No problems at all with VFP5 so far, and I've compiled a VFP5 app about 10 times today working on a client's upgrades.

Are you running the EXE separately or from the command window? I've found that if I run the EXE from the command window I sometimes have problems whatever the OS.
