I think that is one of the limitations. Even with DHCP you will get different IP's with each adapter. You could set one to something silly, or even leave it set to get it via DHCP and then set the one you have to the IP you want once its in. This may be a bit of trouble though. Have you tried using two hardware profiles each one with only one of the adapters in it? That may let you set the same IP to both.
