Rahul,

You could add an editbox control to the column containing the memo and set the currentcontrol of the column to the editbox.

Or, if the grid field with the memo is to be read-only, you can use

Alltrim(YourTable.YourMemoField)

as the ControlSource for the column and set it's ReadOnly flag to .T.
