Sorry, I must take exception to you saying Novell is just a file server. Many different sql backends are running on Novell servers including Oracle (for now), Interbase, Pervasive and Sybase (we have all three spread over various sites.) Admittedly that is all most people use it for. It is the same type of comment about VFP that is killing that as well :-) Its also a darn-site easier to administer than NT and we've not had a crash in two years on any of our Novell boxes.

Sadly though in five years time I can only see Win2000 (or will it bee 2004 by then) and VB because Novell will be gone and so will VFP ;=(
